Good weight lifting techniques comprises these basic elements of working out. You have to warm up first by stretching and moving to give your body that needed heat and preparation to start with the strenuous exercises. Do minimum repetitions of your weights from the start. Gradually increase your repetitions or even your weights during the course of your training but do not push yourself to exceed that is prescribed to your current needs. Do cool downs at the end to relax your muscles and so as to prepare yourself to go back to your regular body processes. Having a good weight lifting technique gives you the proper weight and muscle technique to grow muscles in a better speed than pushing yourself too much and ending up hurting yourself and your ego.
