Cellulite Massage Tips
Even though I was skeptical when I heard that self-massage can improve cellulite, I decided to try it to find out for myself. Interestingly, not only did the appearance of my cellulite improve, the texture and firmness of my skin did, too. It took about 2 weeks before I noticed any changes, and I tried out a couple of different massage devices before I found the one that worked for me. In the end, a simple soft-bristled body brush did a fabulous job of exfoliating my skin and increasing the blood flow to my skin and the cells deep in my epidermis. I finished every massage session with some rich moisturizing lotion to keep the skin supple. I’m on my way to getting rid of cellulite on my thighs and buttocks!
