What the 350z Magnaflow Exhaust is All About
In knowing if the workings of the 350z Magnaflow exhaust, let’s first review what the role of an exhaust system is first. An exhaust system is actually a set of tubes that lead exhaust gases away from the inside of an engine where it is produced. The entire system gets burnt gases from the engine out and usually includes more than one exhaust pipe. There are simple systems that only have one pipe though. Included in an exhaust system are a cylinder head, exhaust manifold (where the gases are initially led from the engine before going to the pipe), a turbocharger (for increasing engine power), a catalytic converter (for a reduction of air pollution) and a muffler (to reduce the noise produced in the entire process).
The 350z Magnaflow exhaust is usually included in the entire Magnaflow system, which includes a stainless steel muffler which measures 22″ long, 5″ x 11′ and polished stainless steel tips which are double-walled and measure 4″ in diameter.
